MIZA has been working with the City of Maple Ridge and the Ridge Canoe & Kayak Club to implement the design vision for an enhanced professional sports facility at Whonnock Lake. The project features a new floating boathouse lake shore to providing storage for RCKC canoes, kayaks, and other equipment that will support the Club’s rapidly expanding membership in competitive, recreational and school programs. The project also includes a newly renovated clubhouse in the existing Whonnock Lake Centre, comprised of accessibility upgrades, a new weight room, and complete interior refinishing.
